My original recipe for the kimchi that I'd want to eat. This is not your mother's, or grand uncle's, or cousin's roommate's kimchi. No offense to any of those good folks! But this kimchi is hand made and made to order. You order the amount, and I make it, ferment it, and send it out to you full of fresh flavor at peak taste and texture.

Kimchi is packed with probiotics in the form of lactobacillus bacteria. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, and C, as well as beneficial minerals and amino acids. All in a no-fat, no-sugar, high fiber, and gluten free form that is delicious! 

You already know this stuff is good for you. You may have tried it out before, or perhaps you're already a connoisseur. Mine is better. That I promise and guarantee you.

Made by slow-soaking napa cabbage, and Joseon radish in salted water for 5 hours. The paste was made with real Korean gochugaru (red chili flakes), scallions, apples, Spanish onion, tons of garlic, and ginger.  I make the paste with fish sauce.  If you want it vegan, choose that option and I'll make it with tamari.  No worries.  All is mixed together with scallions, Korean red peppers, and grated carrots.

A word about shipping...

I make all kimchi on Wednesdays and ship the following Monday. I use USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is $for one item, and $2 for each additional item.
