These pickles are AWESOME!

Spicy, funky, crunchy, and half sour, these cucumbers are fermented in my kimchi paste for 4 days before I ship them out. There is NO fish sauce or tamari used with these pickles. I add the correct amount of sea salt by weight and let them go.  

These things are packed with gut-healthy probiotics as well as offering all the other benefits of naturally fermented foods.  Available by the pint. 

This recipe is completely Whole30 and AIP compliant!

A word about shipping...

I make all pickles on Wednesdays and ship the following Monday. I use USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is $5 for one item, and $2 for each additional item.
